Several years ago, one of my most favorite people in this lifetime shared Mary Oliver’s “The Summer Day” with me. Since then her words sometimes whisper, other times nudge, yet other times blast in my insides.
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
I’ve answered this question with questions. I’ve answered it with actions. I’ve answered it with all the feelings. And today, today I’m answering it by embracing another of life’s paradoxes.
Just being, being curiously willing to open wide to the everything we all are. And in so doing watch separation, limitation, fear, inhibition dissolve in the endless oceans within of oneness, creation, love, spontaneity. Of the all of it all. An infinite source of wonder. Ready, love?

“Let the waves of the universe rise and fall as they will. You have nothing to gain or lose. You are the ocean.” – Ashtavakra Gita
